About Us
Arvelle Developments is a family-led property development company based in Essex, working primarily across South-East England. Founded on a unique partnership between uncle and niece, we combine decades of construction expertise with a fresh, forward-thinking perspective.
With over 35 years in the industry, Founder and Director, Peter Archer began his career as a Quantity Surveyor and played a key role in the delivery of some of London’s most significant commercial projects, including Wembley Stadium. His experience provides a strong foundation of deep industry knowledge and technical expertise, and ensures a highly considered approach to development.
Following a pivotal chapter in life, this experience evolved into a more personal approach to development, beginning with the restoration and conversion of a Grade II listed barn, and continuing through years of hands-on construction and property experience.
Alongside him, his niece brings a background in finance, offering a strategic and commercial perspective, together with a passion for thoughtful design and enhancing modern living. Together, they combine experience and tradition with vision and innovation.
Arvelle was founded on a shared belief that property development should go beyond the conventional - it should be about shaping places that genuinely enhance the way people live. Shaped by personal experiences and a growing focus on health, and longevity, Arvelle takes a more holistic view of development, considering not only how spaces look, but how they feel, function, and support everyday life. Our focus is to ensure every project seamlessly blends timeless architecture, wellbeing, sustainability, and thoughtful integration with its surroundings.
